The seller is in Alberta, and I believe that there are certain requirements for B/S/T on the empire boards.

I tried registering (Since I need a replacement for my lost RAP17) and for some reason it wont accept my "code" (The colored part) and I know Im not color blind just yet.

How much was he asking?

He was asking $250, I think; though the listing was taken down from the Milsig site (for obvious reasons), but it re-appeared on milsimempire.com.

The last I checked, the pistol was sold.
